History

Our Roots. Hart Consulting has served many clients, built lasting relationships, and contributed to the evidence base for effective programs in health, public health, economic development, and education in Maine and beyond, for many years. We are proud to continue this work and to serve our clients for many years to come.

Our Founder. Patricia Hart established Hart Consulting in Gardiner, Maine in 1998 and is proud to be a longstanding member of the local business community. She lives, works, and volunteers in her community, serving four terms on the City Council and currently as the Mayor.

Patricia Hart

Patricia Hart, MS, CPH

Patricia Hart, MS, has years of experience conducting program evaluation, facilitating groups, writing grants, and analyzing data for a variety of organizations covering a range of topics. Patricia is well versed in management consulting, evaluation design, methods, data collection, analysis, reporting, and presenting findings. She is highly skilled at managing complex projects, keeping clients informed and team members on-task to provide high quality products. She has extensive experience evaluating multi-stakeholder, federally and privately funded grant projects.

Emma Mohney

EVALUATION ASSOCIATE

Emma Mohney, BA

Emma supports all aspects of research and evaluation projects at Hart Consulting, working with clients to collect and analyze data and report on findings. She has a background in writing and communications, and has worked in secondary and postsecondary educational settings in teaching and development roles. She is fluent in French. Her projects at Hart Consulting focus on education, public health, and behavioral health.
